What a name, but then I suppose that there are or used to be frogs. Lovely site. So what happened here?

cieldequimper -- it must've been full of frogs once! There was a skirmish here during the Revolutionary war, the British took cover and made a brief stand here though their captain was killed. They then fled uphill towards what is now the University's Nassau Hall & eventually surrendered. It's so peaceful now, it's hard to imagine!

Tamera -- thanks so much, I like to do that sometimes :) Thank you for dropping by!

Adele -- thank so much! :)

brattcat -- thanks so much! And thank you for dropping by!

LOLfromPasa -- thanks so much! Hope you've a terrific June!

Mo -- just very shy (but very loud) bullfrogs these days! :) Thank you for dropping by!

Dianne -- thank you so much! The shade makes it perfect for sitting :)Thanks for dropping by!
