A peaceful moment {+ gallows humor}

At the Princeton cemetery. Below, a touch of gallows humor: "William H. Hahn Jr., 1905-1980, I told you I was sick".

I can imagine that this guy had a great sense of humor.
A serious matter, but I still smile.
Have a nice day.

The first shot looks like spring!

The second one is funny. It's so unusual to laugh in a graveyard!

That's a good one! He must have requested that to be on his epitaph!

The colors and shadows in this shot are wonderful. I had a good chuckle over the inscription. Thanks.

Your first shot is gorgeous Lulu, I love how you captured the shadows and translucent leaves. The second shot made me laugh out loud, and I'm still smiling. Thank you for sharing that, it's a good one to remember when we need a good chuckle :)

I love the way the light is shining through the leaves and that is a brilliant quote for a headstone! -Tasha xxx

A little bit strange humor... And the most horrible thing it made me smile.

The first picture is such a beautiful moment. The composition is fantastic and I love it a lot. The shadows and light are wonderful!
