The radishes are back! I love their bright appearance every year. Hope you have a terrific weekend!

Stage design

Giant piano parts for Stephen Sondheim's Into the Woods, McCarter Theatre - sorry it's a dim point-and-shoot. NY Times rave review here (it mistakenly says the theatre is on Princeton University campus, it is not).

T is for a Taste of Tea

How about a tempting cuppa or two? Infini-T Cafe. (Their pancakes are also tasty! A glimpse posted here.)

Thanks to Denise, Roger and team at ABC Wednesday.

Princeton Hospital at Plainsboro

Princeton Hospital moved last year to neighboring Plainsboro. It is now a 15 minute drive, not walk, away. To many, life had (inconveniently) imitated art: TV hit House was set at fictional Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital.

(Confession: I like Hugh Laurie but never watched House. Have you?)

Weekend explorations: Bike launch, New York City

Well, that break lasted longer than I intended, thanks to a cold. But I began recovering in time for a stormy New York weekend - the city's bike share program is ready to launch! Happy Monday.

Looking up

At a most peaceful study space for Princeton students, Chancellor Green. Have a peaceful Monday.

I will be taking a short break, be well and see you soon!

City Daily Photo Theme Day: Norwegian Constitution Day

In honor of the day, a local rendition of Edvard Munch's iconic Norwegian art, Princeton University. Hm, is it stress of student life? Or dusty windows driving him mad? (And to my sweet friend S from Oslo, after all your trips here, I owe you a visit to Norway!)

For hazelnut-cocoa addicts

At our little Italian grocers, I spied (gasped at) the largest jar of Nutella ever (7 pounds/3kg at $75/£50/€58). A sliver of the "normal" size jar is barely visible on the right.

P.S. In headlines: a $20,000 Nutella heist in Germany and a "Nutella-gate" scandal at Columbia University.
