Well, that break lasted longer than I intended, thanks to a cold. But I began recovering in time for a stormy New York weekend - the city's bike share program is ready to launch! Happy Monday.
Fab composition Lulu, gosh you wouldn't miss that colour riding around town :) Glad to hear your cold is better, mine too..the flu is absolutely no fun at all, next year I'm refusing to catch it haha!
Good to hear you are on the road to recovery, the bikes look so cool, just what Sydney needs. We are arguing about the helmets law and if it will still apply to bike hire.
Nice shot + welcome back Lulu! Sorry about your cold, hope you enjoyed NYC despite... didn't realize they didn't have bike share already but I imagine it might be difficult to compete with all the cabs ;)
What a great shot this is, Jude! Here in Upstate, it was stormy, but it was also cold. Not chilly, but COLD, including a frost last night. So strange, but things are supposedly on the upswing this week! :-)
Nice perspective. I do like the idea of shared bike programs but I don't know if the economics will work. The idea fits better for cars because the capital cost of a car is so high and the inconvenience factor of owning one is so high that many city dwellers can't afford them. But, bikes are relatively cheap and easy to store, so I don't know if they will be used much by residents.

I love pattern shots and they all look so shiny. Take care of yourself and stay warm.

Very jolly, love the perspective! Hope your sniffles stop very soon!

Great shot! I've often wondered how I might capture the Bikeshare bikes in D.C.
Very cool prespective and repetition shot!
P.S. All orchids shown on my yesterday post are Phalaenopsis varieties.
Gran fotografía de gran profundidad como propuesta,
Me gusta las luces del trigal, maravillosas.
Un saludo, Ángel
First, that's a beautiful shot. I love the idea of this program and hope that it is successful.
Second, glad you are feeling better. There's nothing worse than a spring cold.
Lulu, I missed you!!! Beautiful picture and I love these blue bikes. I wish I would have one of them!
Great pictures and great to see you again.
Hugs from Kaya

Super image, Lulu. Nice to see you're back but not nice that you have been under the weather. Take care!!!
I'm glad you're better again! Such a great photo!
It has been stormy here, too - much too cold and a lot of rain :-(
Have a wonderful week, Jude!
You have an eye for a great shot.
Keep getting your rest. It's a good shot; we've got a program very similar here for bikes.
Nice lineup.
Glad to see you back.
This is a great perspective. And good luck to them with this program, I think it's a great idea.
Thanks so much, everyone! Nice to be back:)
I very much like the angle you shot these bikes from!
