An emergency crew member (and festive running shorts, below) at last Thursday's Turkey Trot 5K Race for charity. I was there to cheer on a racing friend.
Oh there are some serious faces here Lulu, is this coming up to the end of the race, is British shorts guy about to win haha! Hope lots of money was made. Hail in Hawaii sounds way more freaky than hail in Perth somehow!!
cieldequimper - haha, yes those two really stood out from the (running) crowd!
Andy - lol, Washington would be horrified to see the Brit out front!
Duncan - he really had the right spirit!
Mo - he was hilarious! Well, they say laughter's the 'best medicine' :)
Tanya - it's a great way to start Tday for sure:)
PerthDailyPhoto - haha, the Brit was leading this near-front pack! They were in the last stretch and facing another uphill - brave runners:) (The hail in Hawaii really did freak folks out, people were still talking about it 7 months later in October!)
Adele - they were both really getting into the spirit of it! (Wish I had better captures of all the other crazy costumes on display!
EG - it was a really fun start to the holiday weekend!
a.s.m. - thank you! It was a nice (and healthy!) way to raise funds for charity:)
Oh, Lulu, how amazing! Both super shots loaded with 'content'. The lady in green looks a little anxious that you are taking photos and 'Mr GB' looks like he is hoping the finish line is nearby :).
LOLfromPasa - thank you! Haha, I think they were definitely looking pretty serious - they were in the end stretch and heading for the last uphill:) Wish I'd gotten better shots of the hilarious runners in crazy outfits!

That guy in the second shot probably did better than I did in our Turkey Trot. At least I finished.
I have to love those shorts! Well spotted.
Cloudia, Randy, Paul - thank you! Randy, congratulations on finishing your Turkey Trot!
