It's a wonderful city and there's a timeless quality to these photos...

What? 2008? ;-)

Boy, I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw the thumbnail...thinking...'No, they can't have a Tower Bridge in Princeton!'....ha ha! The long distance shot of Houses of Parliament look like they are taken from a cruise liner, some how. Must be the railing. Both beautiful shots. Thumbs up from me for Mr. Lulu!!

cieldequimper - it's a great city:) I may need to nudge Mr. L into more frequent co-contributions, despite the 2008 camera phone;-)

hamilton - London landmarks are so recognizable aren't they? No need for captions:)

Tanya - thanks! Yes, you must venture one day!

PerthDailyPhoto -thanks! He'll be chuffed to know his iPhone shots passed muster:)

LOLfromPasa - haha, hope the detour was OK! (Well, sometimes I miss it a bit:) I mentioned on your blog, but love the cruise ship remark - it's the Hungerford foot bridge railing, and now you mention it, it really looks like a ship's railing!

EG - thanks! He'll be chuffed to know his iPhone shots were up to scratch:)

I like the first photo of the bridge It's taken from an angle that most people don't get to see.

A place I must see for myself someday. I've set elements of my book in and around London.
