Thoughtful gestures

Amid more snow and -15C/2F temps, someone thoughtfully hung a bird seed bell. (Some days ago, when sidewalks became treacherous ice rinks and I had to walk on the road, a sweet older couple stopped their car and asked with concern if I needed a lift - the kindness of strangers!)

I am sure the birds appreciate it.

The little birds need all the help they can get and water too...

I'm not sure that anyone would stop here...

Good that the birds have a feeding station, must be hard work to find food in all that snow!

Someone did the same for me in a rainstorm in Hawaii - kind.

We need more of these acts of kindness in the world

I wish more people were so thoughtful when it comes to birds, squirrels, rabbits, etc.

Gotta love random kindnesses.

We have no one driver does not stop the car and ask if I need help, even if I'm walking on slippery conditions on the track. I have to move quickly out of the way.

By the way, you have received all of our snow and cold weather.

What unbelievable weather you are having- stay safe, and warm...

That was a very nice gesture. At the event I attended yesterday, there was a lot of talk about random acts of kindness and the impact they can have. It was very inspiring.

A wonderful snapshot. My husband is now in the States, not far from you. Yes, there is a lot of snow.

I love when that happens! Random acts of kindness always make my day :) Spring is right around the corner, I know it doesn't seem that way right now. But I'm hoping you're facing the last of winter woes. Stay safe Lulu!

Truly there is far more good in the world than bad, if we only stop to notice it.

Now STAY OFF THOSE TREACHEROUS WALKS!!! :-)

Nice that someone offered a ride. Seems like some sidewalks never get cleared.

I woke up to some angry customers because their feeder was empty. I think they were just passing through.

It's good that there are people who think of the birds as well. I guess with all the snow it's rather difficult for them to find food, especially the smaller ones.

So good to hear that there are still some folk who perform random acts of kindness, makes the world a better place! The birds will really appreciate, must be so difficult for them in the really cold weather that you're having Lulu.
