For CDP theme day and anyone longing for Spring - a sunny, pre-winter breakfast room and inviting cafe(ish) chairs. Wouldn't tea or coffee here be nice? At a 1820s Princeton guesthouse.

~More cafe chairs here! Have a wonderful weekend.~
That setting looks so inviting. I just want to go there and sit and enjoy the sunshine. We are having sunshine here today but it has been so very rainy. It has been said that this has been the rainiest feb in history and I believe it.

wow, this is a proper room for tea or coffee, so elegant!
Here I go again half expecting someone to walk by in a long gown...
Una preciosa sala para tomar un café y tener una larga charla, que corra el reloj.
Una bonita foto.
Un saludo, Ángel
What a wonderful room and an amazing light. I want to be there and have a breakfast.
How refined! I hope there's an appropriately attired waiter with a silver salver lurking nearby ...
My kind of place ... I love a seat in or near a garden.
Stunning! I could happily walk in there and have a tea or coffee. Lovely photo, Lulu. Nice classic look to it.
Love the space, love the view and the soft light. However without the utensils is seems ... haunted.
This is exactly what I would expect seating in Princeton to look like!
love all those windows and sunshine!
Oh yes! Make that a complete breakfast. Love the gardens and the light.

I was thinking more along the lines of poached eggs on toast and coffee, while looking at the view through these stunning window Lulu..nice!
It would indeed, Lulu!
Gorgeous windows. This has such a nice feel looking out at the green grass and trees. Lovely capture, Lulu.
I think I could live in a glass house. What a great room. Bet it's bright and cozy even on a rainy day.

Definitely. Looks like a VERY good spot to hang out with a coffee and a newspaper!
I love this! I think a bit of champagne would fit nicely.
