It's so, so beautiful. Your last several shots have just been wonderful, even though you must have frozen your fingers taking them (except the one of the pup, of course).
Beautiful scenes. And we take flicking a switch for granted... even in power shortages it's still so easy to automatically go to turn on a light! Fingers crossed the power is restored very soon.
nothing here but rain and they are still moving around our weekend snow, or lack of...now they've moved it to friday/saturday which really messes with my boy's birthday party saturday, grrrr...anway, beautiful winter photos...hope the power is restored for those without, how miserable!
I just can't believe the worldwide weather we all are having. Everything is a bit wacky. Love your shots. (Thanks for the Moto G thumbs up. It isn't as good as an iPhone for pictures but it is a much more fun phone.)

The power of an ice storm... so destructive and yet so beautiful.

The trees are particularly vulnerable to ice storms. It's so sad to see them so broken. And how frustrating for those without power.
Snow storms are not so nice.
Good luck we don't have such for a long time.
Your photos are beautiful.
Why does havoc mean beauty?
Lots of people without electricity in the West of France too due to the third gale force storm in a week...
Lovely lovely shot...
Muy bellas imágenes, en especial la primera.
La dureza de la nieve ofrece como compensación,
el atractivo maravilloso de paisajes irrepetibles.

Wonderful photos again. I like the white snow and all the forms.

I even saw a spider's web coated in ice yesterday morning.

Never any fun being without power in the cold Winter. But you have some fine after the storm, winter photos here.
Ice is far worse than snow!
I wondered if your area was hit too. I really feel bad for the people without power.
Very interesting photos. I really like that first shot. hope you'll be fine though and that snowstorm won't be too big.

Those ice storms. Such tyrants.
Beauty amongst the destruction, keep warm.
I heard about all the loss of power, on the news last night. We did not get any ice, but we did get 23 inches of snow...
This seems to be the endless winter!
The first shot reminds me cherry blossoms in spring!:)

We are still recovering here in Toronto from the big ice storm at Christmas!
I am sorry to hear about the power. I hope it goes back on soon. It is pretty cold out.
I love these shot. Keep warm.
The Mid-Atlantic region is really getting belted this year. Stay warm!
Lulu, these are fantastic pictures! The trees have wonderful shapes and beautifully covered with snow. Breathtaking!!!!
Oh what a hardship to be without power, because that means cold! Hope you have the power on?
Keep warm!
Savagely beautiful - really beautiful.
It's dreadful that something that looks so pretty and magical can cause so much damage Lulu.. one of mother nature's contradictions oui!
Beautiful but treacherous and deadly at the same time.
very beautiful images!!
