I don't know what the peaceful geese looked like, but that is a wonderful photo, with a fine sense of movement and life. Every time I see a group of birds I try to photograph them, and always wish I would end up with a shot like that. But I never have so far. I'm envious of that picture.

Kona sweetie, you are much too adorable for your own good. Who's a good doggie? You are!
Kona preparo una magnifica toma, quizá mejor que si
Hubieran estado en reposo.

Well I like this Hitchcock atmosphere!
Great shot, thanks to your assistant, Kona :).
Kona should be promoted to First Assistant! ;-)
All geese seem to be so easily spooked, often by each other, so I'm not surprised they've taken to the air. It makes an exciting picture.
Wow, a wonderful shot. I can hear the wings...
Best regards, Synnöve
I'm on Kona's side. It's a much better photo with geese in flight.
Kona does deserve a belly rub.
lol she does deserve a belly rub, love the way it turned out!
I think Kona helped create a very dramatic image and thoroughly deserves a belly rub!
Kona knows how to create a great photo op. ;)
Kona is adorable adorable...and the first shot is beautiful!
She must have decided that the birds flying would make a great shot. That Kona is a smart dog.
Neat shot. Kona is adorable!
Kona does look mightily pleased with herself.. she did do a fine job of chasing off those pesky old geese :)
When they fly off like that, I'm usually so startled that I have trouble refocusing on them in the air and miss the shot!
Kona is adorable.
A great photographers assistant.
What serendipity, Jude, and it's a beautiful shot.
Little Kona is adorable!!!
The first shot is so beautiful!
Your Kona is so lovely, so cute!!
Terrific. You probably discovered that the mass bird flight was more interesting to photograph than sitting birds would have been.
It's a great shot! I'd say Kona makes a good partner.
And you got a fantastic shot!!!
Love these shots.
Hard to keep a good dog down, GOOD BOY!
