Tigers at play

From a Baroque oratorio yesterday to...a nail-biting Princeton Tigers-versus-Harvard basketball game (Princeton won but it was close). Hard to imagine a more brightly-dressed band (or fans:).

I haven't been inside an arena like that in ages. The thought of it makes my ears ring!

Marvellous photos, yes what a difference from Haendel! I don't think I've ever seen live basketball!

Our college basketball games get this crazy too. Love the orange plaid jackets and hats!

Perhaps they should adopt Yellow by Coldplay as the team anthem?! Looks like a lot of (colourful) fun going on!

Go Princeton ! Our basketball team is doing well also Lulu, as you say nail-biting stuff towards the end of the season.

Go Tigers. I always enjoy how fans express their team loyalty. Great costumes.

I guess everyone wears the school colours to games! Great spirit!

Rah Rah! Superb series of stadium shots. Loved those boaters and the fancy dress Captain America(?) in front of the bearded lady tiger.

Way to mix it up, Lulu. Can you imagine if the Tigers played the Florida Gators? There would be so much orange on the court and in the stands people would be quite confused. My alma mater (Michigan State) plays a conference game tonight. Hopefully, we'll take out the Badgers and have a shot at a piece of the Big Ten title. It's shaping up to be an incredible month of hoops! Hope you had fun at your game.

That first image is brilliant. Lines colour texture and interest. Everything to make a strong image.

Admittedly, the obsession about basketball baffles me.

Peculiar fan in the American flag getup!
