Rich textiles and a handcrafted llama grace my favorite Peruvian restaurant,
El Tule, in neighboring Lambertville, just a 20-30 minute drive away. (My first post-work-travel stop, ceviche does wonders:)

I'm totally impressed that you found a single image for the two memes. Well done.
All that clever (small) stitching must takes so much patience Lulu but so worth it, looks fantastic..
I tried tapestry once..let's just say it was a fancy that passed quickly :)
Marvellous.
Oh I love Lambertville! Is New Hope still pleasant, or east too busy? Sure hope they don't have a Starbucks! Met Abbie Hoffman on main street.....been to Ringing Rocks? Bowman's Tower?
Aloha
Bienvenida! y una foto interesante sobre este textil artesano.
Un saludo, Ángel
that's a marvellous piece of work
...and I bet the food is good too :). Love this artwork. The subtle colors are fab. Like the way you combined the 'P' and theme day. Well done, Lulu. And, welcome back :).
Looks a good place for a travel stop, mmm ceviche.

These are beautiful, Jude!
I love the wonderfully cheerful colors.
I have a Peruvian restaurant that is a short walk from my place and it is one of my favourite places to eat. They have wonderful hand-crafted pillows scattered about the bench seats and it is nice to see the same craftsmanship in your post.
Marvellous detail, I like the Peruvian handicraft.
Thanks so much everyone! There's something wonderful about this kind of craftsmanship. (Cloudia, left a response on your blog - love your memories of the Lambertville area.)
How colourful! Real folk art.
The fiber art is wonderful, the menu reads like its own art, too. All the ceviche sounds wonderful! How do you choose, and stop at that?!
I love the Peruvian textiles. So vibrant and beautiful. Carver, ABC Wed. Team
