Giant piano parts for Stephen Sondheim's Into the Woods, McCarter Theatre - sorry it's a dim point-and-shoot. NY Times rave review here (it mistakenly says the theatre is on Princeton University campus, it is not).
Re. privacy: thanks for the article, no time to read it today, will do tomorrow. Under European law, things are quite simple: you can't publish anyone's image without their consent...
Wow that's quite a set Lulu, I hope everyone takes the time to click and make it bigger, so worth it. Gosh I'm glad we don't have the European privacy laws here, here it's fair game if you're out in public put on your happy face haha!
Naughty you. There must have been signs everywhere telling the audience that recordings and photos are prohibited. (That is why I carry a small point-and-shoot into venues like this.)

Great shot! Seeing this made me remember--the last time I went to the theater was years ago. Broadway. A Chorus Line.
It has been a lonnnnng time!
What a great set. I love it.
The set looks amazing! I hope the production lives up to it!! And as ALL my shots are taken with a dim point & shoot, no apology is required!!
overture!
I like the shot

Amazing detail, so intricate. And a great photo of it all too!

Buena foto, esta muy bien con las condiciones de luz que ofrece una escena así.
Muy bien resuelta.
Un saludo, Ángel
i think your photo turned out great!
I am with everyone above - Great Shot! Looks such an interesting set. 'Oops' NY Times :)
Love the set. And the picture. It's been a while since I saw a good stage production. A trip to NY is tempting.
Lulu, this picture is fantastic. I never tried to take pictures in the theater and I am not sure if I could.
I think it's not so easy to photograph what is happing on the stage. This is a perfect and amazing picture! And beautiful
I wasn't so long in the theater...
I saw this one on stage in my childhood home town. A rather unusual play, considering the narrator buys the farm in the second half...
Good shot of the stage!
Thanks so much, everyone!
Interesting design.

Such an interesting stage design, must have been a giant piano!
What a fabulous set!
I love all the lines and light - wonderfully captured, Jude!
